Dr. Olga Isengildina-Massa is an Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics. She conducts research in Agricultural Economics where she evaluates market and price analysis issues, implements advanced forecasting and modeling approaches, and demonstrates agribusiness and risk management applications of these findings.

Dr. Shamar Stewart is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics. His recent research projects have focused on exchange rates stability and the synchronicity of economic growth. His broad research interests center on the fields of international finance, applied time series econometrics, and macro-finance.

Ford Ramsey

Dr. Ford Ramsey is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural and Applied Economics at Virginia Tech. He conducts research in production agriculture with a focus on empirical studies in policy, prices, and risk. Much of his published work involves modeling of crop yields, agricultural prices, and dependence in the context of crop insurance. His current work involves modeling crop quality and yield response to inputs as well as productivity impacts of policy interventions.
